I’m such a sucker for a good agave cocktail from margaritas to a Mezcal sour… yes a mezcal sour. I’ve made countless over the years, some that have become an absolutely STAPLE over here. I figured it was time to round up some of my favorites that I’ve made over the years as we get closer to Cinco de Mayo & the summer season. There truly isn’t anything better than a delicious agave cocktail… is there? There’s a lot here and I’m sorry.. the good news is there’s plenty to choose from!
