Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini with a Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

Think PSL but better, we’re making the Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini & don’t let anyone EVER yuck your yum because this is so YUM!

We are full steam ahead with our pumpkin spice over here so why not make it boozy? Use that pumpkin spice syrup & a homemade pumpkin cold foam to bring this cocktail together.

 

Here’s how to make it:
1.5 oz shot of espresso
1.5 oz Tequila Reposado
3/4 oz coffee liqueur
½ oz pumpkin spice syrup
Add to a shaker and shake with ice
Strain into a coupe or martini glass
Top with:
3/4 oz pumpkin cold foam
Garnish with cinnamon dusting on top!
