Mezcal Paloma

 

MEZCAL PALOMA

Palomas (imo) are underrated - everytime I sip one I think to myself, “Man, why don’t I make these more?!”

So, here’s my Mezcal Paloma recipe:
1.5 oz Mezcal, I used @madremezcal Espadin
1.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup
Soda water, I used @jarritos Mineragua (imo better than topo)
Ice
Tajin

Add all ingredients except the sparkling water in a mixing glass filled with ice and mix together (or build right in your glass)
Pour into a glass with a Tajin rim and filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water!
