- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Jigger
- 2 Fine Mesh & Hawthorne Strainer
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal or tequila blanco
- 3/4 oz Midori some like to use 1 oz – up to you!
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
Instructions
- Add to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake.
- Double strain into a glass with fresh ice, bonus if you’d like to rim the glass with coconut shavings.
