Say hello to your new favorite holiday cocktail: the Persimmon Margarita! Tequila, thyme syrup, and a Tajin rim make this drink a seasonal delight you’ll want to sip on repeat.
Last year it was all about the Persimmon Sour, but this year, my obsession has found a new twist: the Persimmon Margarita! With its vibrant flavors and seasonal charm, this cocktail brings together the rich sweetness of persimmon, the earthiness of thyme, and the bright tang of lime juice for a perfectly balanced sip. Topped off with a Tajin rim and a fresh garnish, it’s a drink that screams holiday sophistication.
