Spicy Strawberry & Aperol Margarita

Two years ago, I made the Aperol Coconut Margarita and it took the world by storm… this may be the next top contender.

In a cocktail shaker muddle:
2-3 jalapeno slices
1 strawberry, cut/chopped
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave syrup

Once muddled, add:
1/2 oz Aperol
3/4 cointreau
2 oz Mezcal, or tequila
Add ice and shake
Double strain over ice and garnish with a jalapeño
