Spicy Pineapple Mezcal Margarita 🌶
If a weekend warrior was a cocktail it’s this Spicy Pineapple Mezcal Margarita 🌶
2 oz Mezcal (some brands I like: Vida Mezcal, Bozal, Del Maguey)
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave
5-6 drops of @disco__inferno__ (for more heat add 10-15 drops)
Ice
Rim: Tajin
Garnish: dehydrated citrus
In a cocktail shaker add Mezcal, Cointreau, Pineapple Juice, lime juice, agave and inferno drops.
Add ice and shake.
Rim glass with tajin and add ice.
Strain cocktail into final glass.
Garnish & enjoy!
