The Mezcal Negroni

Three ingredients and it comes together so quickly, you can also smoke the glass, add some mole bitters or just a classic orange swath… the journey is up to you!

Here’s how to make it:
In a mixing glass add
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Add ice and stir to chill
Pour over a chilled rocks glass with a fresh cube
Add an orange swath and/or smoke the glass
