Cranberry Spiced Spritz
Ingredients
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1.5 oz Campari or Aperol
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Spiced Syrup
- 1 oz sparkling water of choice
Instructions
- To a glass filled with ice add the ingredients listed above.
- Mix together, top with your favorite festive garnishes and enjoy!
- To a saucepan, add 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (or 2-3 cinnamon sticks) over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool and strain.
- Add in a splash of vanilla extract.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-4 weeks.
