With its bright, bubbly prosecco base and a touch of Cranberry Spiced Syrup, it’s a refreshing take on a classic that’s perfect for toasting to the season.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • 1.5 oz Campari or Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Cranberry Spiced Syrup
  • 1 oz sparkling water of choice
Instructions
  • To a glass filled with ice add the ingredients listed above.
  • Mix together, top with your favorite festive garnishes and enjoy!
Cranberry Spiced Syrup
  • To a saucepan, add 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (or 2-3 cinnamon sticks) over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • Let cool and strain.
  • Add in a splash of vanilla extract.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-4 weeks.
