Ingredients
- 1 oz pear puree or if not ripe pear chopped
- 3/4 oz pear liqueur try @belledebrillet
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 2 sage leaves plus one to garnish
- 2 oz gin @fourpillarsgin is great!
Instructions
- To a shaker add all ingredients
- First reverse dry shake to combine all ingredients, aka shake with ice first.
- Then strain liquids into one side of the tin and toss what’s in the other tin to empty.
- Dry shake!
- Double strain into a coupe.
- Garnish with a dried pear & pair with stuffed mushrooms!
