Cranberry Spiced Syrup
To a saucepan, add 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (or 2-3 cinnamon sticks) over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Let cool and strain.
Add in a splash of vanilla extract.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-4 weeks.
