A Tropical Twist on a Classic
Is it summer yet? Because this Coconut Guava Mojito is bringing all the tropical vibes, no matter what the weather’s like outside. If you’ve been craving something fresh, fruity, and a little creamy—this is the cocktail for you.
This year, I’m really leaning into mojito riffs. There’s just something about that classic combo of mint, lime, and rum that makes a perfect base for experimenting with bold flavors. And this version might be my favorite yet.
We’re talking creamy coconut, tangy guava, and all the sparkle of club soda to bring it to life. It’s vibrant, it’s refreshing, and it’s easy to make at home. Whether you’re sipping poolside or dreaming of a beach day from your kitchen, this drink will get you there.
Let’s dive in!
Why You’ll Love This Coconut Guava Mojito
- Tropical flavor bomb – Coconut and guava are a match made in paradise.
- Easy to make – No fancy equipment needed, just a shaker and a strainer.
- Perfectly balanced – Tart lime, sweet coconut, and refreshing mint in every sip.
- Customizable – Add a splash of coconut milk for extra creaminess, or keep it light and bubbly.
Coconut Guava Mojito

- 1/2 oz coconut syrup*
- 6-7 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz White rum
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions

- Double strain into a glass filled with ice (use a bar spoon to help strain)

Tips & Variations
- No fresh guava? Guava nectar or juice works beautifully in a pinch.
- Make it a mocktail by skipping the rum and adding a little extra guava juice and club soda.
- Batch it for a crowd! Multiply the ingredients and prep everything except the club soda in advance. When ready to serve, pour over ice and top with soda individually.
