Strawberry & Coconut Daiquiri that’s perfect to sip this Valentine’s Day. Take the base of a Classic Daiquiri and swap the simple syrup for strawberry syrup with a splash of coconut milk!

1.5 oz White Rum, I used @libaspirits Lafcadio Botanical Rum
3/4 oz strawberry syrup
1 oz coconut milk
3/4 oz lime juice
Ice

Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with two strawberry halves on a cocktail pick.
