A Spicy Carajillo worthy of the Addams Family.
I feel Gomez would love this one, but leave it to Morticia to slip in a dash of mezcal to bring the heat. Let’s just say, if you’re not sipping on Carajillos this Halloween, well… that would be truly strange and unusual.
Here’s how to make it:
To a cocktail shaker add:
2 oz Espresso
1.5 oz Licor 43
1/2 oz Chile liqueur
1/2 oz Charcoal syrup, because black is such a happy color.
Add ice and shake.
Strain over a large cube!
