This one is easy, delicious, and perfect for those fresh strawberries that are in season. The strawberry simple syrup is optional, you can use a regular syrup or even a honey syrup!

1-2 Strawberries, sliced
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
White Wine, like a Sauv Blanc (add desired amount or about 3 oz)
Ice
Garnish: Fresh Mint & Lemon Wheel

In a blender add strawberries, lemon juice, syrup, vodka, elderflower liqueur, and white wine.
Blend together.
Pour into a final glass & garnish!
