Frozen Strawberry White Wine Spritzer
This frozen strawberry white wine spritzer blends lemon, elderflower, vodka, and Sauvignon Blanc with fresh strawberries for a fruity, floral spring cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 1 –2 strawberries sliced
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz strawberry simple syrup*
  • 1 oz vodka
  • ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
  • 3 oz white wine like Sauvignon Blanc
  • Ice about ½–1 cup, depending on desired texture
  • Garnish: fresh mint & lemon wheel
Instructions
  • In a blender, combine strawberries, lemon juice, syrup, vodka, elderflower liqueur, white wine, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.
