White Linen

Have you ever had a White Linen before? If not, prepare to taste one of the most refreshing cocktails of your life!

As a Northern California native (s/o Stockton ca) it’s about time I make this infamous cocktail that came from Sacramento back in 2008 thanks to Rene Dominguez. It truly is a masterpiece is light and refreshing sips. Don’t believe me? Try this one for yourself!

Here’s how to make it:
In a cocktail shaker add:
3-4 cucumber slices
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz honey syrup, or Simple syrup
Muddle
Add in:
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 oz gin
Add ice and shake!
Double strain into a wine glass or highball glass filled with ice.
Top with about 2 oz of soda water.
Garnish & enjoy!
