  • 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1 oz fresh carrot juice
  • 3/4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup

  • 1 whole carrot
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  • In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients
  • Add ice and shake!
  • Double strain over a large cube
  • Garnish with the green carrot tops!
