Dirty Martini Dip

The key to being a good host is having quick and easy appetizer recipes in your back pocket that you can whip up at a moment’s notice. This 5-minute Dirty Martini Dip is perfect for any time of year and any kind of party because, honestly, who doesn’t love chips and dip? I personally have that for dinner on the regular.

You can serve this dip in a couple different ways. For the simplest presentation, scoop the blended dip into a cute little serving bowl alongside chips or crostini (or both!) If you like your dirty martini with an olive, serve your dip with some good pitted green olives like Castelvetrano on the side. If you have a little more time to prep your nibbles, pipe those same pitted green olives with your dip so your guests can enjoy a Dirty Martini stuffed olive. Everyone loves some finger food.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta (whole milk for best texture)
- 2-3 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled (adjust to taste)
- 2.5 tbsp olive brine
- Splash of gin
- Splash of dry vermouth
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Pinch of salt, optional
- To serve: olive oil, flaky salt, green olives
Instructions

- Add olive brine, gin, and vermouth. Stir until creamy.
- Mix in chives, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon zest.
