Zesty Aperol, a touch of cinnamon syrup, and bubbly soda water come together in this Aperol Low ABV Spritz. An effortless drink with all the flavor, whether you choose the classic or mocktail version.

When January rolls around, lighter, low-ABV options are my go-to. This Aperol Low ABV Spritz is one of my favorites—it’s bright, refreshing, and incredibly easy to make. Featuring Aperol, cinnamon syrup, and soda water, it’s a balanced drink that feels festive without being over the top. Want to skip the alcohol entirely? Sub in Lyre’s Italian Spritz for a flavorful mocktail alternative. Whether you’re doing d’amo January or just looking for a delicious, lighter option, this spritz is a must-try.
