This Halloween, we’re Frankensteining the heck out of a martini and making it… healthy? It’s gotta be green, so we blend up a quick and easy green juice before adding it to a shaker with the rest of the ingredients. Like Frankenstein’s monster, this martini has a little bit of everything, twisted on its head. The green juice is already a little spicy, but we kick it into overdrive with a chile liqueur. Cut the heat with some lime juice and vanilla syrup, and of course, make it boozy with your favorite mezcal. It’s a Halloween cocktail you’ll be making year after year.

How to Make Green Juice
First of all, how great is it to add something healthy to a cocktail? Mine is a little spicy, so feel free to dial up or down (or omit) the jalapeno if you’re not feeling spicy this year. Simply blend everything together and strain into a separate glass before adding to your Frankentini Halloween cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2-3 jalapeño slices
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup water

Franken-tini
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Lime Juice
- 4 oz. Spicy Green Juice
- 1 oz. Chile Liqueur
- 4 oz. Mezcal
- 1 oz. Vanilla Syrup
- 2-3 jalapeño slices
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 apple
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients and strain into a separate glass.
- Add ice and all of the ingredients to a shaker.
- Shake it up!
- Strain between two chilled martini glasses.
