The French 75 is a classic, easy, beloved cocktail and one of the most popular drinks on the biggest night of the year: New Year’s Eve! It’s as easy to make as it is to sip, so grab your jiggers and get sipping!
Or… get blending! A Frozen French 75 is a refreshing treat for any time of year, not just New Year’s Eve. Gin and lemon juice blended with ice becomes an adult Slushie on warmer, sunny days.

- 1/2 oz. simple syrup

- Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake.

Frozen French 75
To make a frozen version for those warm, sunny days, just use the same classic recipe, including the champagne (about 4-5 oz.) and blend it with 1 cup of ice until smooth.
I will say, if you’re making a frozen version, I wouldn’t go top shelf with the champagne since you’re diluting it with ice.
