Or… get blending! A Frozen French 75 is a refreshing treat for any time of year, not just New Year’s Eve. Gin and lemon juice blended with ice becomes an adult Slushie on warmer, sunny days.

  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • Champagne
Instructions

  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and top with champagne.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist, dehydrated lemon wheel, or a sage leaf!

Frozen French 75

To make a frozen version for those warm, sunny days, just use the same classic recipe, including the champagne (about 4-5 oz.) and blend it with 1 cup of ice until smooth.

I will say, if you’re making a frozen version, I wouldn’t go top shelf with the champagne since you’re diluting it with ice.

Xoxo, cheers!
