Bianco Negroni

When it’s still too hot out but you’re not looking for an overly sweet frozen drink, try a refreshing Bianco (White) Negroni. I have to credit this easy patio sipper to my sister’s dinner party. Here’s what you need:

• 1 oz gin
• 3/4 oz italicus or suze
• 1 oz lillet blanc
• 1/2 oz limoncello
• Optional: 2-3 dashes of Orange bitters
• Ice
• Lemon twist

In a mixing glass add all ingredients, add a big ice cube, and mix together.
Strain into a rocks glass over a cube of ice.
Twist a lemon peel and rub the rim of the glass.
Drop in the twist, add a little viola flower for an extra garnish, & voila!
