Here’s to the long weekend, spend it with a lychee martini.

This recipe is actually from my recent cocktail book, Pretty Simple Cocktails on page 111 🍸 To make this sip perfect for Halloween, you can make a creepy eye garnish with the lychee fruit and berries.

This is my go to recipe that has yet to fail me
2 oz vodka
1 oz lychee Juice
3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Ice
Garnish: lychee fruit & edible flowers

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and add ice.
Shake & double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Don’t forget to garnish!
