Green Eel (tea) shots are on the menu today. But don’t worry, these eels won’t spy on you and try to steal your voice

Serves two shots!

Here’s how to make them at home:
In a cocktail shaker add
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz lemon & lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Add ice and shake
Double strain evenly between two shot glasses
Top with lemon lime soda, or sparkling water (like @drinkspindrift )

Garnish with a lime peel twist!
