This recipe is all about effortless charm, no fancy techniques required. Just chill your ingredients, pour slowly to avoid a fizzy mess, and enjoy. Whether you’re hosting friends or simply unwinding after a long day, the Cynar Spaghett is a delightful way to embrace the season. Cheers to autumnal sipping!

Fall called, and it wants its Spaghett! This seasonal twist on the beloved beer cocktail is my ode to autumn. With just a few simple yet flavorful ingredients, it captures the essence of the season in every sip. The tartness of pomegranate juice pairs beautifully with the herbal depth of Cynar, while a splash of lemon keeps things bright and balanced. Add a sprig of rosemary for that extra touch of fall flair, and you’ve got yourself a cocktail worth celebrating.
Pro tip: serve your Cynar Spaghett extra cold for maximum enjoyment!
What is Cynar?
First thing’s first… it’s pronounced chee-NAR. Now that that’s out of the way. Cynar is an amaro liqueur from Italy that is not nearly as popular as it should be, IMO. It’s infused with a bunch of herbs and plants, most notably artichoke hearts! It has a unique, bittersweet, earthly flavor, so it’s a favorite of bitter liqueur lovers but also pairs perfectly with citrus and beer, like the bubbly Miller High Life in this Cynar Spaghett.
