Lets make cherry-infused gin for our Cherry French 75s, shall we?
Cherry Infused Gin
- Add 2 cups fresh pitted and cut cherries to a 375 ml bottle of gin
- Let sit in a cool dark place for about 3-4 days, or until it reaches your desired flavor
- Strain and enjoy!
Cherry French 75
- 1.5 oz cherry-infused gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz cherry syrup
Add ice and shake
Double strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with about 2 oz of chilled champagne!
