Bitter Batch Spritz

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

• 2 cups bitter liquor, like Campari

• 1 bottle of prosecco

• ½ cup simple syrup

• 1 cup orange juice, optional (orange juice will help brighten the cocktail if your timid to bitter cocktails)

• 20 dashes ANGOSTURA orange bitters

• Float of amaro for each cocktail, optional

• Garnish: fresh citrus and mint

Instructions:

1. Add bitter liquor, prosecco, simple syrup, fresh orange juice and bitters to a punch bowl.

2. Add ice and mix together. Garnish with fresh citrus and mint.

3. When serving, serve over ice and float amaro on top. Garnish with fresh citrus and mint.
