Cucumber Mezcal Spritz

2 oz tequila, or Mezcal
1 oz cucumber juice, blend 1 cucumber with 1/2 cup water & strain
1/2 oz jalapeño syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
Sparkling Water
Add to a cocktail shaker and shake.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with topo chico!
Garnish with anything green.
