Citrus Fizz Mocktail

One more mocktail for your dry January: Citrus Fizz

Also a big congrats to everyone who made it this far! Don’t worry, I’ll be incorporating more mocktails throughout the year as well.

1 egg white
1/2 oz maple syrup
Splash of grenadine
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz orange Juice

Add to a shaker and use a hand frother to froth the ingredients with the egg white.
Add ice and shake!
Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water!
