Raise your hand if you love plums 👋🏼 if you’re hand is up, you’ll have to try this Plum Amaretto Sour

Naturally sweet with a slightly tang, plums are one of my favorites and absolutely deserve to be in a cocktail!

Here’s how to make this:
1 egg white
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz plum purée (1 cup chopped plums with 1/2 cup water, blend & strain)
1/2 oz honey syrup
3/4 oz amaretto
1 oz bourbon
Dry shake in a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake again
Double strain into a chilled glass & garnish with two cocktails cherries!
