I know what you’re thinking but I mean this, this might be one of my favorite holiday cocktails to date! It’s called a Cynar Flip & yes, it uses a whole egg… but it’s oh so creamy, filled with spices and so delicious.
I know what you’re thinking—a cocktail with a whole egg? Trust me, the Cynar Flip will change the way you think about creamy cocktails. This might just be one of my favorite holiday drinks to date! Cynar Flip
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1.5 oz cynar
- 1/2 oz scotch
- 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
- Fresh nutmeg on top
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients and dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Freshly grate nutmeg on top
