Valentines Day Spritz

 

Valentines Day Spritz (or Galentines Spritz)

Rhubarb syrup: 1/2 rhubarb stalk, chopped + 1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup water
On medium heat till sugar dissolves, let simmer for 8 mins, let cool & strain!

3-4 raspberries
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz rhubarb syrup
1 oz Aperol
1.5 oz gin
Tonic water
Gold edible glitter

Add raspberries, syrup and lemon juice into a shaker and muddle.
Add gin and Aperol.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with tonic, mix with edible glitter and enjoy.
