Valentine’s Day Spritz
Ingredients
- 3-4 raspberries
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz rhubarb syrup
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1.5 oz gin
- Tonic water
- Gold edible glitter
- 1/2 rhubarb stalk, chopped
- 1/2 cup white granulated syrup
- 1/2 cup filtered water
Instructions
- Add raspberries, syrup and lemon juice into a shaker and muddle.
- Add gin and Aperol.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice, top with tonic, mix with edible glitter and enjoy.
- On medium heat till sugar dissolves, let simmer for 8 mins, let cool & strain!
