Who said cocktails can’t be part of the appetizers?

2 oz citrus vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz pomegranate juice
Ice
Prosecco

Add vodka, Cointreau, lime, and pomegranate juice to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils & sage leaf!
