Smoked Lavender Iced Coffee
It’s a stormy & cold day here in San Diego and all I can think about is this coffee. It’s a perfect mid-week pick me up and an iced coffee necessity for any cozy day in.
2.7 oz @nespressousa Ice Leggero
1/2 Cup Oat Milk
3/4 oz Lavender Simple Syrup (with @lakanto Monkfruit)
Splash of Maple Syrup
Dried Lavender
Ice
Take 1 tsp of dried lavender, light it, and put your final coffee mug on top. Let smoke.
Brew espresso with a splash of maple syrup on the bottom.
In a separate glass, add oat milk and lavender syrup. Froth together.
In your final glass add milk, ice, and pour espresso over the top.
Optional: top with lavender
