Sleepy Hollow

The signature cocktail of the town of Sleepy Hollow, well I’d guess it’s probably this to keep the Headless Horseman happy

Here’s how to make it:
Smoke your glass with some sage and set aside

In a cocktail shaker add:
1.5 oz bourbon
3/4 oz amaro Nonino
3/4 oz pomegranate juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz blackberry, sage & cinnamon syrup (will be on my stories/fall recipe highlight)
2 dashes angostura bitters

Add ice and shake
Double strain into your smoked glass
Garnish with a smoking sage leaf
