Pear Gin Sour
Time to make: 10 minutes
Stuffed Mushrooms & a Pear Sour, what more could you want!

Servings 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
  • 1 oz pear puree or if not ripe pear chopped
  • 3/4 oz pear liqueur try @belledebrillet
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • 2 sage leaves plus one to garnish
  • 2 oz gin @fourpillarsgin is great!
Instructions
  • To a shaker add all ingredients
  • First reverse dry shake to combine all ingredients, aka shake with ice first.
  • Then strain liquids into one side of the tin and toss what’s in the other tin to empty.
  • Dry shake!
  • Double strain into a coupe.
  • Garnish with a dried pear & pair with stuffed mushrooms!
