Time to cool down & get through the week with this boozy (and non boozy) version of a peaches n’ cream!

Below I’ve written a boozy version with mocktail subs

Here’s how to make it:
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 cup frozen peaches
1.5 oz vanilla vodka (or 1-2 tsp vanilla extract for mocktail version)
3/4 oz brown sugar syrup
1 cup crushed ice

Blend until smooth & pour into a glass
Garnish with fresh mint & enjoy!
