Partridge in a Pear Car

we are making a Pear Sidecar & let me tell you, it’s a key player this holiday season!

Tip to always use ripe pears for the best flavor!

 

Here’s how to make it at home
In a cocktail shaker add
1.5 oz cognac
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 ripe pear, quartered
Muddle together, add ice and shake.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass with a sugar rim.
Garnish & enjoy!
