Let’s spend the weekend drinking Paper Planes.

This is a classic & equal parts cocktail that involves bourbon and my personal favorite Aperol. Try something new if you haven’t made this before and smoke your rosemary in the glass to give it a slightly elevated change in flavor.

3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Bourbon
3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Rosemary, to smoke glass and garnish
Ice

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Smoke glass with rosemary.
Double strain into rosemary smoked glass.
Garnish with fresh rosemary & enjoy!
