Lychee Martini, Halloween eyeball garnish

Where’d ya get those peepers? 👀

This recipe is actually from my recent cocktail book, Pretty Simple Cocktails on page 111 🍸 To make this sip perfect for Halloween, we’re using the lychee fruit and berries to create an eye that we can put atop our glasses to see our guests with.

What you’ll need is:
Vodka, or gin of choice!
Canned lychee
Elderflower liqueur
Edible glitter
Your favorite coupe glass
Cocktail pick & shaker!
