Limoncello Spritz

Limoncello is one of the easiest and most delicious things to make in this world! I recommend you try making limoncello, though it is easy, it does take some time. So if you’re looking for a fun project, try making homemade limoncello. (I’ll post a recipe soon)

Once you have your favorite limoncello, homemade or not, this cocktail is perfect for when you don’t want to sip on just limoncello. Spritz it up and you have a perfect spring or summer drink.

Ingredients:
2 oz Limoncello
3-4 oz Prosecco
2 oz Soda Water
Fresh Lemon Wheels
Garnish: Rosemary or fresh herbs
Instructions:
In a wine or spritz glass add ice, limoncello, prosecco and top with soda water,
Add fresh lemon wheels and your favorite herb.
