(you may have seen this on season 3 of @emilyinparis but it’s been around since the 1940s thanks to Felix Kir)

1/2 - 3/4 oz Crème de cassis
6-8 oz Champagne
Chilled Coupe
Garnish: fresh raspberries or edible flowers

Combine in a chilled coupe & enjoy!
