Jules’ Dirty Martini
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Glass
- 1 Bar Spoon
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
- 3-4 olives or 1/2 oz olive brine
- Pinch of Artic thyme salt, try @saltverk
- Fresh crack of pepper
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 3 oz @fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin
Instructions
- Muddle together, add ice and stir to chill.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
