Jules' Dirty Martini

Here’s my Martini I’ll be drinking for the rest of 2023 - Cocktail #13 is the cocktail I’ll be serving on Christmas Eve, I can promise you that!

 

Here’s how to make it:
In a mixing glass add
3-4 olives, or 1/2 oz olive brine
Pinch of Artic thyme salt by @saltverk
Fresh crack of pepper
3/4 oz dry vermouth, try @drinksbyevie & @drinkveso !
3 oz @fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin
Muddle together, add ice and stir to chill.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with @getgraza olive oil & a fresh crack of pepper on top!
