  • 1 Mixing Glass
  • 1 Bar Spoon
  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Martini Glass
Ingredients
  • 3-4 olives or 1/2 oz olive brine
  • Pinch of Artic thyme salt, try @saltverk
  • Fresh crack of pepper
  • 3/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 3 oz @fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin
Instructions
  • Muddle together, add ice and stir to chill.
  • Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with @getgraza olive oil & a fresh crack of pepper on top!
