Jules' Dirty Martini
My dirty martini, my way. This classic, sophisticated cocktail is made with gin (or vodka), olive brine, a splash of dry vermouth, and olives to garnish.

- 2.5 oz
gin (orvodka ) - 3/4 oz.
olive brine - Dry vermouth, to rinse
- 3 olives, for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled martini glass with dry vermouth, then toss the vermouth.
- In a separate glass, stir gin (or vodka) and olive brine with ice until well-chilled.
- Strain into the chilled, vermouth-rinsed glass.
- Garnish with 3 olives on a cocktail pick.
