Hibiscus Gin Sour
My new favorite Springtime cocktail, Hibiscus Gin Sour
I added a little Chile liqueur to give a little ✨something✨ more to this. But, if you don’t have Chile liqueur or don’t love the spice, I recommend trying an elderflower liqueur or even an Orange liqueur. What liqueur would you add to this?
Here’s the recipe:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Hibiscus, freshly brewed (cooled)
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Chile Liqueur
1 egg white
Ice
Garnish: fresh hibiscus
In a cocktail shaker add all Ingredients
Don’t add ice and shake (this is a dry shake)
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a glass filled with a big ice cube.
Garnish & enjoy!
