What are we drinking this week?
And now’s my time, the time is now… to sing my song. Any Led Zeppelin fans out there? Well Led Zeppelin and the Bramble Cocktail’s inverter share one thing in common, they are from the UK and equally awesome. Jules takes a brilliant riff on this beautiful drink. Brad digs into the original and the history behind it.

What’s our tip?
Tip: Homemade Creme de mure
Approx. 5 cups blackberries
1 bottle red wine, like a red blend
1.5 cup sugar
1 cup vodka
Add blackberries to a large container and mash to create a blackberry liquid (you can also blend)
Then add bottle of red wine, and let sit for about 6 hours or a full 24 hrs if you’ve got time covered in a cool dark place.
After, strain and pour that liquid in a saucepan with the sugar.
Put on low heat, don’t boil until the sugar dissolves.
Once dissolved, let cool completely.
Once cooled at to a air tight jar and add in vodka.
Voila!
