the Devils Margarita
Now this is an Insidious cocktail & a dangerously delicious one if I may say so myself
2 oz tequila
3/4 oz cointreau
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz habanero Syrup
Red wine float
Ice
Dehydrated citrus wheel
In a cocktail shaker add tequila, cointreau, lime juice, and syrup.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with a red wine float.
Garnish & enjoy!

how do you get the wine to float
Use the back of a bar spoon or there are some bar spoons with a flat bottom. What you’ll want to do is slowly pour onto the back of the spoon that is right at the top of the glass. This will allow the wine to float!
