Cherry French 75 with a cherry infused gin

 

Lets make it at home:
Cherry infused gin: 2 cups fresh pitted & cut cherries + 375 ml gin
Let sit in a cool dark place for about 3-4 days, or until desired flavor for you. Strain & enjoy!

Cherry french 75:
1.5 oz cherry infused gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz cherry syrup
Add ice and shake
Double strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with about 2 oz of chilled champagne!
